Instructions to Look-Up the Utah State Bar Discipline History of Utah Lawyers
The discipline history regarding Utah attorneys is summarized in the Utah Bar Journals, which are published bi-monthly. You can look up the discipline history online at [email protected].
1) When you get to the OPC site, click on “For the Public.” A short drop-down menu will appear, and you must click on “Attorney Public Discipline.”
2) On the next page, scroll down to the dark green rectangle entitled “View the Attorney/LPP Public Discipline PDF.” Click that.
3) You can then download the information you are seeking. To search for a particular attorney, type Control + F on a PC or Command + F on a Mac.
